Great news for everyone who has been waiting! The Thai-Chinese high-speed rail project connecting Bangkok to Nakhon Ratchasima has progressed more than 60% of the entire project, especially in the construction of the main route.
The project is divided into three main sections:
The first section from Bangkok to Pak Chong has progressed 80%
The second section from Pak Chong to Nakhon Ratchasima has progressed 55%
The final section from Nakhon Ratchasima to Nong Khai has started preparation work and continuous operation planning. The main stations are also being designed and constructed continuously to be completed and ready for service.
This project will not only upgrade the country's transportation system, but also efficiently connect the economies and travel between Thailand and China. Soon, high-speed travel will make the journey between Bangkok and Nakhon Ratchasima more convenient and faster.
