MOE - MOL - PQI have joined forces to enhance the skills of Thai people to meet the demands of the global industry.

On July 18, 2024, the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Labor (MOL), and the Professional Qualification Institute (PQI) signed a memorandum to develop the skills of students and workers of all ages to meet the demands of the global labor market, which will help enhance the country's competitiveness.

The main goal is to develop the potential of the workforce to obtain professional qualifications alongside education, addressing the labor market's needs in both technical fields and important professions such as electricians, welders, and service jobs. This will be a crucial foundation for creating a high-quality workforce, along with utilizing the intelligent platform "E-Workforce Ecosystem" for managing data and developing skills for lifelong learning.

This collaboration is an important step in enhancing the skill of Thai people to meet the rapidly changing labor market and to prepare for a stable and sustainable entry into the global industry.
