Documents for applying for expedited service operator rights

     Those who wish to apply for the rights to be operators of expedited services must proceed according to the 2017 Customs Act, and must prepare supporting documents for applying for the rights to be operators of expedited services as follows:

  1. National ID Card:
    • Identification document. If unable to show a national ID card, present another identification document with a government-issued national ID number.
    • Customs officials will make a copy from the original document. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs official.
  2. Corporate Certification Letter:
    Details of Document: Customs officials will make a copy from the original document. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs official and affixing the corporate seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  3. Shareholder List (Form Bor Oor Jor 5): 
    Details of Document: Customs officials will make a copy from the original document. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs official and affixing the corporate seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  4. Value Added Tax Registration (PhorPor. 20)
    Details of Document: Customs officials will make a copy from the original document. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs official and affixing the corporate seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  5. Document Showing Land Ownership and Construction:
    Details of Document: Land Title Deed / Form Nor Sor 3 / Nor Sor 3 Kor / Sor Kor 1 or others.
  6. Document Showing Land Ownership and Construction:
    Details of Document: Consent to use the premises for business. Customs officials will make a copy from the original document. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs official and affixing the corporate seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  7. Layout of the Product Storage Area and Documents:
    Details of Document: Customs officials will make a copy from the original document. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs official and affixing the corporate seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  8. Procedures for Separation, Collection of Goods and Documents:
    Document details: Customs officers will photocopy documents from the original. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs officer, along with the company seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  9. Proof of Security Deposit:
    Document details: Bank guarantee letter. Customs officers will photocopy documents from the original. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs officer, along with the company seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  10. Any Other Securities Approved by the Customs Department, with a Value Not Less than 2 Million Baht:
    Document details: Customs officers will photocopy documents from the original. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs officer, along with the company seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  11. Certificate of Customs Specialists:
    Document details: Customs officers will photocopy documents from the original. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs officer, along with the company seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
  12. General Request to Become an Express Service Provider:
    Document details: Customs officers will photocopy documents from the original. The applicant must certify the copy by signing in front of the customs officer, along with the company seal (if a company seal is required according to the certificate of business registration).
