Types of businesses promoted by the BOI under the BCG Model, Category 6

       The Office of the Board of Investment (BOI) promotes the concept of a new economic model called "BCG" (Bio-Circular-Green). In Category 6, the following types of businesses are promoted:

1. Manufacture of chemicals or polymers that are environmentally friendly or products from environmentally friendly polymer:

- Manufacture of environmentally friendly chemicals or polymers, or production of continuous molded products from environmentally friendly polymer production in the same project;

- Manufacture of products from environmentally friendly polymers.

2. Production of active pharmaceutical ingredients;

3. Pharmaceutical manufacturing:

- Manufacture of drugs according to the Targeted Drug List;

- Manufacture of modern and traditional medicines.

4. Manufacture of pulp or paper:

- Manufacture of hygienic pulp or hygienic paper;

- Manufacture of specialty pulp or specialty paper.
