Thailand Coffee Fest Year End & Thailand Rice Fest

Two of Thailand’s biggest year-end festivals return to celebrate trends, local flavors, and the Thai food and beverage industry. The events will be held December 4–7, 2025 at IMPACT Exhibition Center, Hall 11–12.

Organized by The Cloud in collaboration with the Rice Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the Thai Rice Foundation under Royal Patronage, the Specialty Coffee Association of Thailand (SCATH), and other partners, these festivals bring together coffee lovers, food enthusiasts, farmers, and businesses to explore, taste, and connect.

Thailand Coffee Fest ‘Year End’ 2025: Coffee by Your Side
This year’s theme, “Coffee by Your Side”, emphasizes supporting both coffee businesses and consumers, offering diverse products and services while complementing Thailand Rice Fest.

Highlights:

  • Over 400 booths: Coffee, tea, pastries, bakery, and other drinks from new and familiar vendors.
  • Coffee Arena: National-level competitions including the Thailand National Coffee Roasting Championship 2026, Latte Art Championship 2026, and Cup Tasters Championship 2026.
  • Champion Village: Meet and buy coffee from national and international champions, including Boss Chatralerm, Bayu Prawiro, George Jinyang Peng, Boram Um, Martin Wölfl, Tao Intouch, Bom Kritnai, and Future Kittipob.
  • Coffee Club by SCATH: Networking and expert consultation area for coffee enthusiasts.
  • Coffee & Rice Connect Stage: Insights from coffee experts, café businesses, and Thailand Rice Fest, covering tea, chocolate, matcha, health drinks, innovative products, and rice-based cuisine.

Thailand Rice Fest 2025: Eat Local Food
Expanding from a rice festival into a full local food festival, it showcases safe food, local ingredients, and diverse Thai dishes.

Highlights:

  • Over 60 food stalls: From community kitchens using local ingredients to renowned chefs creating special dishes with Thai rice varieties.
  • Rice & Curry TasteLab: Learn about different rice varieties and pairings.
  • Live Podcast – Eat Direction Special: Educational sessions on food selection hosted by Mee Jirnarong Wongsunthorn.
  • Home Cooking Class: Workshops on reading labels, choosing safe ingredients, and cooking efficiently.
  • Food & Goods Mart: Market for premium local ingredients.
  • Sato Pavilion: Drinks featuring unique Thai local ingredients.
  • Rice Matching: Connect rice farmers with food business operators.
  • Farmer of the Year Award: Honors innovative rice farmers.

The festivals aim to educate visitors about the origins of their food and promote sustainable food systems while celebrating the culture and business of coffee and rice.
