Promoting the Four Buri Cities and Connecting Phetchaburi-Hua Hin Airport to Attract Tourists!

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is promoting the Four Buri Cities by connecting them with Phetchaburi-Hua Hin Airport to attract tourists! This exciting initiative aligns with the government's policy to boost domestic tourism and is ready to move forward.


The Four Buri Cities include Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, and Phetchaburi, each offering unique characteristics:

  1. Suphanburi:  Known as the city of music, it is famous for its beautiful Thai temples and the renowned Salie Suphan sweets.
  2. Kanchanaburi: Enhancing the light and sound show of the Bridge on the River Kwai with a Virtual Event format.
  3. Ratchaburi: Celebrated as the city of art, featuring art exhibitions and showcasing local lifestyles.
  4. Phetchaburi:Highlighting culinary tourism as part of UNESCO's Creative Cities Network for gastronomy.

Each province offers fascinating attractions, cuisine, and culture!Future plans include expanding flight routes, with ongoing negotiations to establish a Hat Yai-Hua Hin route. This aims to attract tourists from the southern region and international tourists, especially from Malaysia, to explore the central region. Promoting Hua Hin Airport and the Four Buri Cities will boost tourism and the regional economy, increase revenue, and bring prosperity to the area.
