The Prachinburi National Museum hosts its fourth annual Night at the Museum event under the theme Ganesha Chaturthi, Exploring Treasures, and the Return of the Garuda. Running from September 18 to 20, 2026, between 10:00 and 21:30, the three-day festival mixes local history, nighttime light installations, and contemporary arts.

Key Highlights:

  • Sacred Worship: Pay respects to Thailand's oldest Ganesha statue, over 1,400 years old.
  • Special Artifacts & Night Tours: View King Rama VI's bronze Garuda flag toppiece and join guided evening tours titled Tracing the Garuda: From the Skies to the Underworld.
  • Dvaravati Photospots: Photos at a Dvaravati-style gateway replica and classic vintage lamp landmarks.
  • Art & Food Market: Browse art toys from top artists, join DIY workshops, and try regional food.
  • City Bus One-Day Trip: Ride a tram on Saturday and Sunday at 13:00 to explore the ancient town of Si Mahosot, Sa Kaeo, and the Twin Footprints.
  • Cultural Shows: Watch traditional Khon performances and the special dance Amon Thewi Si Awatthayapura on September 19.

Thais: 30 THB | Foreigners: 200 THB (Free for children, students, seniors 60+, and monks).
Special Offer: Free entry for all visitors on September 19 (Thai Museum Day) from 09:00 to 20:30.
