1. Passport biodata page or travel document
2. A Photograph taken within the past 6 months
3. Current address identification document
4. Financial evidence: Amount not less than 500,000 THB, such as a bank statement or approval certification
5. Employment contract or employment certificate from one's own country, or a portfolio showing status as a digital nomad, remote worker, skilled foreigner, or freelancer

Visa Validity Period: 5 years

• Activities Related to Thai Soft Power, such as Muay Thai, Thai Cooking, and Medical Treatment

2. A Photograph taken within the past 6 months
3. Current address identification document
4. Financial evidence: Amount not less than 500,000 THB, such as a bank statement or approval certification
5. Evidence of participation in activities or appointment letter from a hospital/medical center

Visa Validity Period: 5 years

• Spouses and Children Under 20 Years of Age of  DTV Holders

Required Documents

1. Passport biodata page or travel document
2. A Photograph taken within the past 6 months
3. Current address identification document
4. Financial evidence: Amount not less than 500,000 THB, such as a bank statement or approval certification
5. DTV Visa of the DTV Holder
6. Proof of relationship with the DTV Visa holder, such as a copy of the marriage certificate, birth certificate, or adoption certification

Visa Validity Period: 5 years
