You'll see the young plants beginning to grow, and the reflection of the rising and setting sun on the water is nothing short of magnificent. Next, between August to October, the terraces become lush green, and they are an absolute treat to the eyes. Finally, between late October and early November, the onset of winter coincides with the harvest season, painting the terraces in golden hues as the fields are ready for harvesting.
