Travel route for the faithful of Buddhism and Christianity: Learning about the Buddhist way of life at three royal temples in three provinces (Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, and Mukdahan)

      One of the tourism routes for discovering the "Faith of Two Religions: Buddhism-Christianity" gives visitors a chance to worship the sacred things that are invaluable to the Buddhist way of life, which can be found in three royal temples in three provinces.

- Wat Phra That Choeng Chum Worawihan, Muang District, Sakon Nakhon Province, is the location of Phra That Choeng Chum Worawihan, a sacred structure about 24 meters high, built to cover the footprints of the four Buddhas, and it is also the place where the sacred Luang Por Ong Saen is enshrined;

- Wat Phra That Phanom Woramahawihan, That Phanom District, Nakhon Phanom Province, is the location of the sacred Phra That Phanom, which contains the Buddha's relics. Every year, from the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month to the 1st waning day of the 3rd month, a great series of ceremonies worshiping Phra That Phanom is held;

- Wat Sri Mongkhon Tai, Muang District, Mukdahan Province, is the location of Phra Chao Luang, a very old Buddha image built even before the city of Mukdahan was established.
