Six restaurants in Bangkok with a Michelin star

      In the Michelin Guide Thailand 2022, the six restaurants that have been awarded and retained two Michelin stars are Chef's Table, Le Normandie, Mezzaluna, R-Haan, Sorn, and Sühring.

      But first, in this article we will tell you about six excellent restaurants that have earned one Michelin star,all of which are in Bangkok.

- Aksorn, a Thai restaurant offering dishes inspired by Thai cookbooks from 1937-1972, including signature dishes that cannot be found anywhere else, such as Kanom Krok with salted pork and the Lhon Tofu served with quince leaves and olive leaves;

 - Côte by Mauro Colagreco, a contemporary French restaurant offering contemporary cuisine influenced by French Riviera cuisine. It offers a set lunch menu, à la carte menu, and a chef-selected dinner menu, or a nine-course Carte Blanche menu;

 - Gaa, an innovative restaurant offering authentic Indian dishes prepared with innovative techniques and modern garnishes, including the Tasting Menu that brings out Indian street food, redesigned to be perfectly flavored and mellow;

 - IGNIV, a contemporary European restaurant offering modern European cuisine in a sharing style. Their signature dish is the chicken nuggets that are crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside, which are served with the restaurant's special BBQ sauce; 

 - Savelberg, a contemporary French restaurant offering à la carte menus and set menus created and meticulously prepared with the finest ingredients from various countries;

 - Yu Ting Yuan, a Cantonese restaurant offering dishes reflecting the art of masterful cooking. The must-try dish is the Crispy Skin Peking Duck and delicious Dim Sum.
