Application for change of visa type of foreigners - To perform scientific research (researcher) (Code RS)

There are many reasons that foreigners enter Thailand, one of which is to study, do research, or conduct experiments or scientific research. This can be done by applying for a change to a Scientific Investigator (Researcher) Visa (RS code) for a maximum period of 90 days, if the period remaining on their current visa is more than 15 days. If they are overstaying, an application cannot be filed.
