Over 30 premium Geographical Indication (GI) products from across Thailand are taking center stage at THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2025, Asia’s largest food and beverage trade show. The event runs from May 27 to 31, 2025, at Hall 11 (booths 11-RR01 and 11-SS01) at IMPACT Exhibition Hall, Muang Thong Thani.

Bringing together GI-certified products from 25 provinces, the showcase offers international buyers and importers a firsthand experience of Thailand’s unique local ingredients through tastings, demonstrations, and business negotiations. Featured specialties include Bang Pae giant freshwater prawns, Phon Yang Kham beef, Ban Phaeo aromatic coconuts, Sisaket volcanic durian, Khao Wong sticky rice from Kalasin, Songkhla Three-Sea seabass, and Khao Yai wines.

The event also highlights creative culinary presentations by renowned chefs, including MasterChef’s Iron Chef, who will craft exclusive dishes like coffee-marinated seabass, banana bread with coffee sauce, and a signature coffee tiramisu. These dishes blend local flavors with culinary expertise for a unique tasting experience.

Additionally, a dedicated intellectual property consultation booth staffed by international experts supports GI entrepreneurs, enhancing knowledge, boosting capabilities, and opening doors to global markets.

This platform elevates Thai GI products on the world stage, marking a vital step in strengthening grassroots economies and empowering communities through authentic local value. Visitors are welcome to explore and purchase at the GI Pavilion in Hall 11 throughout the event.
