- Verification of documents completeness by the service recipient submitting the application along with the documents / Officer checks the completeness and correctness of the documents.
- Examination of documents by compiling evidence / Officer considers, proposes comments to the registrar who receives the application / The registrar who receives the application gives an opinion to the central registrar.
- Sending documents by mail to the central employment registrar takes approximately 7 business days.
- Checking the qualifications of individuals/organizations by officials sending letters to relevant agencies to check qualifications, history/behavior of the applicant.
- Checking the qualifications of individuals/organizations by related agencies checking qualifications, history, and behavior of the applicant (Central Employment Registrar and Job Seeker Protection Legal Department) takes approximately 10 business days.
- Examination of documents by checking information / proposing comments, central employment registrar considers.
- Signing/committee resolution by the central employment registrar considers/signs the permit and sends permit documents to the employment registrar who received the application to inform the permit applicant.
- Service recipients pay the fee / receive the permit by the permit recipient must sign in the permit in front of the officer.

- Application fee 10.00 Baht
- Work permit fee per copy 10,000.00 Baht, with the permit having a validity of 2 years.
